About Our Staff

Because we are a Keystone Stars Participant all of our staff have to have Associates Degrees, Bachelor's Degrees or be enrolled in a Child Development Associates Program.  We have five of our staff enrolled in the TEACH Program and are attending Delaware County Community College and West Chester University.  We also have five Part Time teachers who are enrolled in colleges and working for us while they are working on getting their degrees.  Our staff are required to do 24 hours of training each year.

Staff Credentials

One of our teachers has a Masters Degree, four of our teachers have their Bachelor's degrees, twelve of our teachers have Associate Degrees, four have Child Development Associates degrees and 10 are currently enrolled in College Courses with five of them enrolled in the TEACH Program.

Two of our Directors have recently recieved their PQUAS numbers that allow them to be instructors through the Stars Program.

Staff Training

Once hired, each care giver must complete twenty-four hours of training in child development each year. In addition, all staff are First-Aid trained.

Our Teachers

Our teachers are caring and loving people.

The relationship with your child and you is their number one priority.  Learning will surely follow after trust has been established.
